To add this plugin to your Wordpress Blog, just follow these simple steps:

Download the Plug-in.
Unpack the contents to wp-content/plugins/ so that the files are in a vtelix-callback directory.
Activate the plugin in the Plugin Management
Go to Appearance -> Widgets and drag the widget "Vtelix Callback" into the sidebar.
Register with Vtelix to obtain your Activation API key.
Edit the widget and put your API key and save.
